History of Rap / Hip Hop

Who does not know that rap music is also often called hip-hop? Today if we talk about this kind of music we might immediately imagine a rapper-rapper that we often hear, for example, Puff Daddy or Diddy, Kanye West, Nelly, 50 Cent, or Eminem. They each did give a distinctive touch to rap them, but they did not author or originator of this kind of music. They simply grandchildren or even great-grandchildren in the history of rap music. This is because the origin of rap emerged since the 1970s.

The roots of hip hop are found in African-American music and ultimately African music.
